The components of health-related fitness are Cardiovascular Endurance,Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength,Flexibility and Body Composition.

What are the skill-related components of physical fitness?

The components of skill-related fitness are power,balance,speed,reaction time,agility and coordination.

Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?

All you need is to exercise regularly and follow basic training principles. Everybody dont have the same mentally of working out.

Why is it important to know your current level of healh-related fitness?

 It helps you improve your health without it being to late to have cardiovascular problems.
