They continue to eat and dont take the time out their day to complete a 5-10 mintue exercise. They also have lack of athletic ability and by it being heredity it becomes natural not to engage in physical activities.

What are the primary health risk factors , and which ones may be controlled?

Diseases, disability and premature death are the primary risk factors. You can control inactivity ,obesity, high blood pressure,high level cholestrol,stress & tension and smoking.

What benefits are gained by exercising?

Your appearance , improve your body image , improve health and improve self-control.

Personal fitness is your personal image of you and wellness is the health and skilled related things that increases your self-image.
